Managed by our family for over 30 years, the restaurant and pizzeria are the flagships of our structure. We pay particular attention to the local agricultural production of the territory, to the local fish supply and to the great wines of nearby Bolgheri, and all of this together with our production of fresh bread and desserts, enables our guests to live an unforgettable experience.

Beach bar
The beach bar is one of our strong points and it is managed by our family. Matteo, our barman, who takes personal care of everything, is also one of the owner’s sons. Matteo trained with A.I.B.E.S. (Italian Bartender Association) in 2016. He has taken care of the beach bar since 2015 and from that date we have always tried to focus on the quality of our products and services.

Waikiki Beach Bar, the “Chiringuito”, is located on the beach of the Delfino Bathing Establishment. It is just a stone’s throw away from the sea, completely made out of bamboo, offering bar service, sandwiches and first courses, and finally aperitifs and buffets. If you want to celebrate an event, a birthday or an anniversary, we are ready to make your party.
Dog lovers
If you have a four-legged friend, you can spend you your time here without leaving it at home! Dogs are welcome in our structure, and following some simple rules, even your furry friend can enjoy these fantastic moments together with you.
